Shipping & Returns


Delivery within England, Wales and Scotland within 7 working days from date of dispatch. 

If you are out when the parcel arrives at your specified address, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not suitable then the courier will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel or to organise a re-delivery.



To receive a full refund, please ensure the Return Conditions specified below are met and your goods are returned within 7 days of receiving the goods.


1. Place the product in the original shipping package.

2. Contact us via email to inform us of your request to return, along with your order number.

3. Post and return the item(s) to the following address (within 14 days of receipt);

4. We will confirm via email once your return has been finalised

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping address with the original Delivery Note.
Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all Emile Vidal Carr product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we at Emile Vidal Carr reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we shall process the refund within 48 hours (2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.

Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund.

If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Currently orders cannot be exchanged. Please return your order to us within 7 days of the shipping date for a refund ensuring the return conditions are met. A new order can then be placed through or if you Contact Us.

If you would like to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.
